I was not expecting the service to be live and so fast. It was very informative and she explained the process in detailed and answered all my questions then proceeded with completing the filing. I received all my completed paperwork to my email right away and immediately felt at ease knowing that I didn’t have to worry anymore. She also helped me create and submit the paper for an old business that I no longer operate to the IRS to cancel my EIN and she did it for free, so I appreciated that.
